What you will do

• Own the end-to-end GTM strategy, including positioning, channel mix, budget management, and KPIs.
• Design and execute structured experimentation frameworks to test landing pages, messaging, and acquisition channels.
• Build organic growth strategies from scratch and lead performance-based paid growth initiatives.
• Drive user acquisition across both B2C (solopreneurs) and B2B (SMBs/Agent builders) segments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing growth team.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align growth goals with product releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European Union
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years specifically in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
• Strong hands-on experience across both paid (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and organic growth channels (SEO, content, partnerships).
• Proven ability to develop category narratives and messaging from scratch.
• Deep understanding of growth metrics like CAC, LTV, and blended acquisition costs.
• English proficiency: C1 required
• Builder mentality with a track record of taking products from zero-to-one.

Nice to have

• Experience launching products on Product Hunt or within specialized AI and productivity communities.
• Active user experience with AI tools like Claude, Codex, etc.
• Experience navigating ambiguity in early-stage product environments.
