What you will do

• Handle customer tickets, investigate reported issues, and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Work closely with engineering teams, vendors, and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to improve processes and empower NOC and Customer Support teams.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to identify systemic issues and recommend platform enhancements.
• Participate in special projects and task forces requiring multi-platform investigations and advanced problem-solving.
• Support network changes, ensuring minimal impact and adherence to operational best practices.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of IP networking, packet core technologies, VoLTE/IMS and telecom protocols (TCP/IP, GTP, SIP, DIAMETER, MAP, SMPP).
• Strong troubleshooting skills using tracing tools and Wireshark.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments for network diagnostics (preferred).
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
