What you will do
- Manage all inbound support tickets via Intercom to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Handle day-to-day operational queries and trip-related support requests from customers.
- Document and escalate technical bugs to the product team with detailed reproduction reports.
- Develop and maintain help center articles to facilitate self-service for common user questions.
- Monitor and tune the FinAI Intercom support agent to improve automated responses.
- Own the monthly customer newsletter to keep users updated on product improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, or customer operations.
- High proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward creating scalable support content.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with support tools like Intercom.
