What you will do

• Partner with teams across Infrastructure & Operations to create clear, practical supplier exit plans.
• Review and refresh current operational procedures and support materials.
• Produce straightforward guides and reference materials for colleagues.
• Gather detail from engineers and service managers, turning their technical knowledge into accessible content.
• Keep documentation organised, up to date, and version‑controlled.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong background in writing clear, practical technical documentation within IT Infrastructure, Operations, or a similar environment.
• Comfortable working with engineers, service managers, and SMEs.
• Able to review existing processes with a critical eye and improve or rewrite them.
• Good understanding of how IT services run day‑to-day.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience using documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
