Location: Hybrid role based in Leuven, Belgium. Requires attendance at the office 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize a clearly defined segment of the product backlog.
• Translate product vision into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and QA to clarify requirements and support sprint planning.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate go-live activities and internal communications for assigned projects.
• Monitor feature adoption and user feedback to inform future backlog priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong ability to analyze and structure stakeholder requirements.
• Effective management of project timelines and milestones.
• Capability to interpret data to support decision-making processes.
