What you will do

• Take ownership of project scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Lead cross-functional squads of product solution specialists and account managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and lead strategic discussions with senior customer stakeholders.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle from implementation to long-term adoption.
• Visit customers in person to strengthen partnerships and understand business needs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional value.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading customer-facing delivery or implementation projects in a SaaS or IT environment.
• Ability to guide senior stakeholders and navigate complex business discussions.
• Strong strategic mindset for connecting business needs with technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
