What you will do

• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple IT application and infrastructure teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, releases, and operational performance improvements.
• Lead IT projects end-to-end, including scope, timeline, and risk management.
• Maintain visibility into capacity, workload, and resource allocation to align with business priorities.
• Act as a primary communication bridge between IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Oversee operational budgets and coordinate with external vendors and partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland with a valid work permit.
• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or technical leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and technical teams.
• Experience working within enterprise IT environments including platforms and infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Background in enterprise IT operations, governance, or service management.
• Experience coordinating multi-team or distributed delivery setups.
• History of collaborating with external vendors or delivery partners.
