What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain clean, scalable, and performance-optimized data models using SQL and dbt.
• Apply software engineering practices, including version control and continuous integration, to analytics code.
• Automate and streamline data validation, testing, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with product analysts and business stakeholders to meet analytical needs for specific domains.
• Monitor data integrity, perform root cause analysis, and maintain comprehensive data documentation.
• Train business users on effectively utilizing the data platform and visualization tools.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with a strong background in marketing analytics.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, modeling, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks such as dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, and Dagster/Airflow.
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS and version control best practices (Git).
• Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences.
