Salary: $96,100 – $128,100 USD

What you will do

• Lead or contribute to the design and execution of high-impact research and evaluation projects.
• Apply quantitative methods to manage, analyze, and interpret large administrative or health-related datasets.
• Translate complex analytic findings into actionable recommendations for client reports and technical memos.
• Support proposal development by drafting technical sections and contributing to project strategy.
• Manage project tasks, track deliverables, and maintain collaborative relationships with clients.
• Mentor junior staff through feedback, training, and demonstrating research best practices.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of quantitative research experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong experience with statistical and data analysis tools like SAS, SQL, Stata, or R.
• Proven background conducting applied research using healthcare claims or enrollment data.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to reproducible research workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying findings to public or nonprofit entities.
