Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead the future vision of Insights at hirify.global, with a strong emphasis on AI, automation, and innovation.
• Identify, implement, and scale AI-powered tools and methodologies such as NLP, machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
• Elevate the role of insights from reporting to strategic foresight and decision-making.
• Deliver compelling, story-driven outputs powered by both human and AI-augmented analysis.
• Build and implement workflows and processes within the team.
• Act as a senior client partner on innovation in insights and measurement.

Requirements

• You must reside in one of our US office locations: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami
• 10+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or strategy, preferably within an agency or consultancy.
• Proven track record of building or transforming insights capabilities, especially incorporating AI or advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications in marketing and insights, including NLP, predictive modeling, and generative AI.
• Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to connect data, culture, and strategy.
