What you will do

• Plan and execute development experiments for multiomics cancer screening tests.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute regulated development strategies for FDA approval.
• Develop computational methods and interpret experimental results to validate technologies for sample preparation and detection.
• Design and execute analysis plans for Verification and Validation studies.
• Collaborate with molecular research teams on blood-based molecular assays involving cell-free DNA.
• Apply quantitative skills to impact patient lives through innovative screening technologies.

Requirements

• Must have a Post-graduate degree (MS or PhD) in statistics, computational biology, bioinformatics, cancer biology, or a related field.
• Must have 3+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with molecular biology and next-generation sequencing.
• Experience in experimental design and analysis of high-throughput technologies.
• Proficiency in bioinformatics tools, applied statistics (hypothesis testing, GLM), and simulations.
• Expertise in R or Python statistical packages with version control experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in the development of diagnostic devices in a regulated environment (PMA, 510(k), CE-IVD).
• Experience with diverse NGS methods such as WGS, target capture with UMI, bisulfite sequencing, or RNA-seq.
