TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Building strong, long-term partnerships with a portfolio of customers to ensure they realize the full value of the platform with an accent on driving measurable ROI and business outcomes. Focus on proactive account health management, solving complex business problems, and collaborating across internal teams to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Location: Yerevan, Armenia (Onsite/Office based)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic business advisor for approximately 75+ assigned accounts.
  • Understand customer business goals and align the product suite to drive tangible ROI and long-term success.
  • Proactively analyze account health and usage data to identify risks and deliver timely, tailored interventions.
  • Provide product guidance, training, and best practices to ensure customers successfully adopt new features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Sales teams to resolve issues and influence product improvements.
  • Maintain detailed account documentation and track progress toward client success metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple accounts.
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed, strategic business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Availability to work in a specific timezone: Mon-Fri 5 PM - 2 AM (Armenia).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or Tableau.
  • Background in project management or business consulting.
  • Familiarity with business performance analytics and operational workflows.
