What you will do

• Design, iterate, and implement the backend architecture for AI-powered products.
• Develop high-performance software using Rust with a focus on system robustness.
• Construct systematic product development processes to streamline strategy execution.
• Collaborate across teams to align commercial needs with technical advancements.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and maintain clear documentation within a distributed team.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in backend development with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Proven track record of shipping ambitious technical products under tight deadlines.
• Deep commitment to user experience and high-quality software craftsmanship.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris or New York.
