Location: Must be based in Hong Kong; hybrid work model requiring 4 days in the office per week.

What you will do
- Lead high-impact, multi-regional consulting engagements across business and technology domains.
- Serve as a primary trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership teams to influence key business decisions.
- Structure and manage complex enterprise transformation programs and oversee high-level delivery.
- Shape the evolution of the internal consulting practice by driving strategic initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain a sustainable network of senior client relationships throughout the firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles.
- Strong background in financial services or asset management.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling consulting teams within a global, matrixed organization.
- Must be based in Hong Kong or able to work from the Hong Kong office.
- High level of executive presence and proficiency in influential communication.
