What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to provide advanced solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze IT tickets and system performance data to identify gaps, improve workflows, and establish new support procedures.
• Mentor and train junior team members on escalation paths, process improvements, and technical best practices.
• Collaborate across departments to support product development, new implementations, and quality assurance efforts.
• Document solutions, create FAQs, and maintain knowledge bases to streamline team operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or system administration roles.
• Proficiency in managing ticketing systems and interacting with system vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven process improvement.
• Demonstrated project management abilities and high ownership in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills suitable for stakeholder management.
