What you will do

• Design and build autonomous agentic solutions to address complex supply chain pain points.
• Own the full solution design, including architecture, UX/UI flows, and MVP scoping.
• Lead development execution with a focus on short iteration cycles and high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain hands-on involvement by writing code, reviewing PRs, and validating system components.
• Collaborate closely with product management to embed agentic principles into the product roadmap.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment by communicating progress and technical roadblocks effectively.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• 2+ years of experience building products in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proficiency in fullstack development with experience using Python, Django, and Vue.js.
• Expertise in utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) as a core development workflow.
• Deep understanding of agentic systems and the ability to think in autonomous components.
• Resourceful and independent mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
