Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

  • Design and manage company-wide initiatives to strengthen team connection and atmosphere.
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure seamless integration for new joiners.
  • Execute growth and retention programs, including performance reviews and learning cycles.
  • Manage HRIS systems and administer employee benefits.
  • Maintain the office environment to ensure it remains a functional and welcoming space.
  • Identify gaps in employee experience and drive actionable improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English required.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute company events or team-building initiatives.
  • High empathy and ability to handle interpersonal situations with discretion.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Warsaw.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience running onboarding programs.
  • Experience coordinating HR-related projects.
  • Understanding of the drivers behind employee engagement and motivation.
