What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and quality control.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key fashion clients, building long-term, strategic partnerships.
• Define and optimize project management workflows, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with CGI, technology, and sales teams to identify and execute account expansion opportunities.
• Monitor revenue forecasting and project health, stepping in decisively to resolve risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the fashion, retail, or consumer product industries.
• Demonstrated success leading project teams in a complex, client-facing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and coach teams through ambiguity.
• Experience working in digital production, CGI, or technology-driven creative environments.
• Excellent communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Understanding of commercial project management, including budgeting and account growth.
