What you will do

• Define and execute a strategic documentation vision aligned with product and business roadmaps.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of technical writers in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with Engineering to implement docs-as-code approaches and integrate documentation into the development lifecycle.
• Establish standards for tone, structure, and accessibility across all technical content including APIs, SDKs, and tutorials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support to ensure high-quality onboarding and customer success documentation.
• Analyze documentation effectiveness using metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Paris, France or London, UK.
• 7+ years of experience in technical writing with 3+ years in leadership or strategy roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Markdown, Git, and technical CMS tools like Docusaurus or Sphinx.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, or complex software environments.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced scale-up culture.

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Experience in open-source environments.
• Understanding of GDPR and European compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in French.
