Technical Interviewer (BA/SA)

The Brightman recruitment аgency is looking for a Technical Interviewer (BA/SA) for its large client.

Position: Technical Interviewer (BA/SA)
Location: Kazakhstan, Almaty
Working format: Remote

Responsibilities:
– Conducting technical interviews with Middle and Senior Business Analyst and System Analyst candidates.
– Evaluating candidates strictly according to the established interview matrix.
– Completing feedback forms after each interview.
– Adhering to feedback procedures and timelines.
– Communicating with hiring stakeholders in a dedicated chat.
– Responding promptly to interview requests.

Requirements:
– Experience as a BA/SA for 4 years.
– Strong competencies in business analysis and system analysis: requirements management, documentation, prototyping, stakeholder alignment.
– Understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
– Experience with analysis and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Draw.io, BPMN, UML).
– Experience conducting technical interviews.
– Willingness to work with flexible and irregular scheduling.
– Responsibility, ability to accurately complete assessment matrices, and meet feedback deadlines.
– English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
