What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable, secure backend systems that integrate with Large Language Models.
• Develop and manage agentic architectures for complex AI workflows.
• Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native AI applications using AWS services.
• Implement RAG pipelines and optimize performance through prompt fine-tuning.
• Establish AI security guardrails and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy models and monitor application performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong foundation in Python.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, and OpenAI.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Lambda, ECS, SageMaker).
• Proficiency in designing and developing APIs with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience with database management, including PostgreSQL and vector databases.
• English proficiency: Must be able to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with deep learning model development using PyTorch or HuggingFace.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
