What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the Public Sector Solutions Engineering team, enforcing best practices and sales methodology.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors to drive revenue targets through effective sales campaigns.
  • Deliver executive-level technical presentations, product demonstrations, and lead Proof of Value events.
  • Assess and develop technical capabilities and professional growth for team members.
  • Oversee pre-sales techniques to identify new opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Formulate solutions to complex technical problems to facilitate successful deal closure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven background selling land-and-expand deals to the US Federal Government (CIV, DoD, IC).
  • Active security clearances and a history of success within the government vertical.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Strong experience in consultative selling and executing sales plays to drive revenue.
  • Effective communication skills for engagement with executive-level customers and leadership.

Nice to have

  • Background in selling Security and/or DevOps solutions.
