What you will do
- Lead and mentor the Public Sector Solutions Engineering team, enforcing best practices and sales methodology.
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to drive revenue targets through effective sales campaigns.
- Deliver executive-level technical presentations, product demonstrations, and lead Proof of Value events.
- Assess and develop technical capabilities and professional growth for team members.
- Oversee pre-sales techniques to identify new opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
- Formulate solutions to complex technical problems to facilitate successful deal closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven background selling land-and-expand deals to the US Federal Government (CIV, DoD, IC).
- Active security clearances and a history of success within the government vertical.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Strong experience in consultative selling and executing sales plays to drive revenue.
- Effective communication skills for engagement with executive-level customers and leadership.
