About the Role

You will build and scale Solana-based infrastructure and backend systems for high-performance onchain trading. You will develop backend services that interact with Solana RPC nodes and third-party APIs for DeFi routing and settlement, lead greenfield Solana and DeFi infrastructure projects end-to-end, index onchain data for real-time trading and analytics, develop automated testing frameworks, support DevOps and SDLC tooling, participate in code reviews, and implement observability and monitoring tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering
• 2+ years Rust
• Deep understanding of Solana VM architecture and transaction model
• Experience building Solana programs using Anchor
• Knowledge of Solana transaction submission and finality
• Smart contract security best practices
• Linux proficiency
• Familiarity with REST and WebSocket APIs
• IaC tooling such as Terraform and Ansible
• SDLC process and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Build backend services interacting with Solana RPC nodes and third-party APIs for DeFi routing and settlement
• Lead greenfield Solana and DeFi infrastructure projects end-to-end
• Index onchain data for real-time trading and analytics
• Develop automated testing frameworks for reliability and correctness
• Support DevOps and SDLC tooling for blockchain systems
• Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering quality
• Implement observability and monitoring tooling
