TL;DR

Manager, Sales Development (SaaS): Scaling and managing a high-performing Sales Development Representative team in the Korean market with an accent on pipeline generation and data-driven revenue optimization. Focus on recruiting world-class talent, fostering professional development of SDRs into Account Executives, and driving cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales operations.

Location: Must be based in commuting distance to Seoul office (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Scale and manage a team of high-performing SDRs, driving them to exceed aggressive new business pipeline goals.
  • Analyze top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across Enterprise and Majors segments.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to execute marketing campaigns and field events.
  • Attract, hire, coach, and retain top-tier sales talent while building a culture of high performance.
  • Ensure the team maintains a deep understanding of hirify.global domain knowledge and value-selling practices.
  • Work from the office 2-3 days per week to support team culture and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of leadership experience in high-growth technology organizations.
  • Fluent in both English and Korean, with the ability to manage local and international accounts.
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation, revenue-driving roles, and sales organization leadership.
  • Ability to work from the Seoul office on a hybrid basis (2-3 days/week).
  • Strong data-driven mindset with high analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of predictable revenue models and value-based selling methodologies.
