What you will do
- Scale and manage a team of high-performing SDRs, driving them to exceed aggressive new business pipeline goals.
- Analyze top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across Enterprise and Majors segments.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to execute marketing campaigns and field events.
- Attract, hire, coach, and retain top-tier sales talent while building a culture of high performance.
- Ensure the team maintains a deep understanding of domain knowledge and value-selling practices.
- Work from the office 2-3 days per week to support team culture and collaboration.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of leadership experience in high-growth technology organizations.
- Fluent in both English and Korean, with the ability to manage local and international accounts.
- Proven track record in pipeline generation, revenue-driving roles, and sales organization leadership.
- Ability to work from the Seoul office on a hybrid basis (2-3 days/week).
- Strong data-driven mindset with high analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
- Deep understanding of predictable revenue models and value-based selling methodologies.
