What you will do

• Architect and implement a Zero Trust identity model across corporate and production environments.
• Design and deploy enterprise-grade Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems with JIT access.
• Engineer identity lifecycle automation and identity telemetry pipelines for real-time threat detection.
• Secure enterprise SaaS platforms through configuration baselines and automated compliance checks.
• Partner with Platform Security and Engineering teams to integrate identity enforcement into infrastructure-as-code pipelines.
• Build and lead the global Enterprise Security & Identity engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be US-based
• 12+ years of experience in identity security and enterprise security engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise with modern IAM platforms such as Okta and Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of federation protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Experience designing identity architecture in cloud or hyperscale environments (AWS/GCP).
• Proven ability to engineer automation for access control and insider threat mitigation.

Nice to have

• Background in securing Kubernetes and CI/CD systems.
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.
