What you will do

  • Drive security design governance and align delivery processes with internal standards.
  • Manage the knowledge lifecycle to maximize the value of security data resources.
  • Implement design pattern methodologies and standards across delivery units.
  • Analyze process performance, tooling, and metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to apply data-driven insights and define actionable KPIs.
  • Contribute to the innovation of consultancy tooling and integrate AI capabilities where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven people management experience within a large, matrix-managed team.
  • Solid background in security management and process development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, effective up to senior levels.
  • Pragmatic leadership capability with a track record of driving systemic change.
  • Ability to navigate business silos and work across diverse organizations.
