What you will do

  • Manage global contractual risk, obligations, and P&L for complex accounts.
  • Drive organic growth on existing contracts through effective management of moves, adds, and changes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters within the assigned parameter.
  • Ensure compliance with hirify.global governance and utilize contract delivery services effectively.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with account management teams.
  • Review and validate that proposed contractual obligations are achievable prior to signature.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French is mandatory.
  • Significant experience managing medium-sized, complex, and non-standard contracts.
  • Strong legal and commercial acumen with expertise in P&L ownership.
  • Advanced data analysis skills for decision-making and trend monitoring.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate teams to deliver consistent outputs.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and stakeholder expectations.
