What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from intake to delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and track KPIs to ensure project success.
• Conduct project retrospectives to drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT project management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• English: Fluent working proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in standard project management software and tools.
