What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex projects spanning data engineering, analytics, and visualization teams.
• Define project goals, scope, and requirements in partnership with technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage project roadmaps, track delivery, and facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Coordinate dependencies across studios, engineering groups, and product teams to ensure alignment.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within technical, data, or analytics-focused organizations.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Must be able to work onsite in Santa Monica, California 4 days per week.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across various organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data platforms, analytics pipelines, or visualization systems.
• Familiarity with data engineering or BI tools.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
