What you will do

• Lead end‑to-end management of assigned projects and work packages within uncrewed solutions programs.
• Develop, maintain, and control core project documentation, ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project start‑up and close‑out activities, including internal briefings, client kick‑off meetings, and acceptance of deliverables.
• Control project expenditures and procurement of equipment and materials, providing accurate and timely reporting on performance.
• Maintain effective internal and external client relationships and collaborate with commercial teams.
• Advise on the resolution of significant project risks and contribute to the development, improvement, and compliance of project management procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Have 3 to 8 years of experience in project management with a technical background.
• Have 1 year or more experience in team, direct, or indirect management, including management of technical projects executed by contractors, vendors, or other 3rd party groups preferred.
• Project Management Qualification desirable.
• Experienced with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Capable of navigating accounting software and MS Projects or similar programs.
