What you will do

• Help customers realize the value of the hirify.global Data Intelligence Platform as a trusted technical partner to account teams.
• Progress through FE Launchpad from structured learning and shadowing to independently leading customer engagements.
• Build demos and prototypes across data engineering, analytics, and AI/GenAI to solve real customer problems.
• Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and cross-functional teams to shape customer architectures and drive lakehouse and Lakebase adoption.
• Grow through certifications, bootcamps, and mentorship, and share your learning with your cohort and the broader FE community.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken) to support customer engagements in the region.
• Early-career professionals with ~2 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, AI/ML, or a related field who are interested in customer-facing technical roles.
• A strong technical foundation (STEM degree or equivalent experience) and curiosity about modern data architectures, AI applications, and real-time analytics.
• Interest in working with customers; running discovery, understanding challenges, and explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Clear communication skills, strong collaboration, and a growth mindset suited to a cohort-based learning environment.
• Foundational familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
