What you will do

• Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and retail individual clients, driving client acquisition and retention.
• Onboard asset-rich users and trading clients.
• Foster strong, personalized relationships by understanding clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored hirify.global products to meet their objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client-facing processes and propose improvements to enhance hirify.global’s VIP services.
• Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted client acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services within financial services.
• Proven success in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.
• Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and perform effectively under pressure.
• Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, capable of coordinating effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and client management processes is preferred.
