Salary: $76,500–$102,000 annually + 10% target incentive.

What you will do

• Develop, test, and manage cloud-native AI solutions and 3rd-party tooling.
• Architect world-class technical solutions using state-of-the-art cloud and AI technologies.
• Utilize AI and LLM technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, architects, and QA engineers.
• Support sales and pre-sales teams in prospecting and exploring client needs.
• Develop reusable solution components and comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Must be located in Ontario, Canada (Toronto, Oakville, or Ottawa).
• 1+ years of experience in a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and FastAPI.
• Experience with GenAI applications, Azure OpenAI Service, and open-source LLMs.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with indexing/chunking strategies for RAG applications.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Basic certification in AI (AI-900) or ML.
