Salary: $85,000 - $115,000

What you will do
- Deliver a world-class support experience through detailed, friendly, and consistent client interactions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical errors and unexpected product behaviors.
- Act as a product expert, validating enablement materials and relaying client feedback to engineering and product teams.
- Develop and refine internal support processes for a rapidly growing organization.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineering to ensure accurate and speedy problem resolution.
Requirements
- Must be located within the +/- 4 hours Pacific Time zone.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Proactive mindset towards building processes and product knowledge.
