• Manage the daily content calendar and posting schedule across major social platforms.
• Monitor and engage with the community by responding to comments and DMs to identify insights.
• Support employee advocacy initiatives and draft adaptive content for professional networks.
• Track performance metrics and compile analytical reports to help refine social strategies.
• Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager to execute campaigns and stay current with platform trends.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Proficiency in basic video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Curiosity about AI tools and their application in creative marketing workflows.
