What you will do

• Design and maintain the feature, training, and serving platforms for AI/ML models.
• Develop and advocate for MLOps and GenAI best practices across the engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to identify opportunities to accelerate AI deployment cycles.
• Architect platforms that prioritize responsible AI, including transparency, equity, and privacy compliance.
• Lead technical projects and mentor team members on emerging AI operational technologies.
• Participate in on-call and incident management to maintain platform reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in ML, backend, or platform engineering.
• 2+ years of cloud environment experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and Kubernetes tooling.
• 1+ year of experience leading projects with at least one other team member.
• 1+ year of experience designing and developing online production-grade ML systems.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
