What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process improvements, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scalable solutions to enhance quality and performance.
• Build a holistic view of the customer journey, identifying key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive the operational inner loop, ensuring insights from customer interactions translate into actionable improvements.
• Conduct structured analysis to identify performance gaps and defining data-driven action plans focused on efficiency and quality.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear initiatives and execution plans.
• Manage dependencies with internal and external stakeholders to improve overall operational health.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent or native Spanish and English
• Strong experience in operations, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and operational transformations.
• Hands-on experience implementing solutions and delivering measurable impact.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose problems, structure insights, and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments.
