What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Salesforce platform.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed user stories.
• Work closely with the development team in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Define and track key performance indicators to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment, with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions.
• Strong domain knowledge in BFSI, with knowledge of Automotive Finance as a desired attribute.
• Multilingual capability: Spanish, English (Good to have skill)
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including core clouds, configuration, and customization capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
