What you will do

• Define strategy and vision for the AI Operations team in partnership with company leadership.
• Facilitate agile delivery processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Own, refine, and prioritize the Jira backlog to maximize business impact.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Data Science to implement automated workflows.
• Use data-driven insights to manage a transparent roadmap and protect engineering team flow.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 5+ years of experience in product management for software products.
• Proven ability to manage Jira backlogs and prioritize work under pressure.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience working alongside engineers on technical feasibility.
• Domain expertise in DevSecOps or internal business automation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate collaborative planning and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled products or MLOps.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS environments.
• Previous experience leading a small agile tech/product team.
• Experience with AWS cloud deployments.
