Hr Operations Lead

Location: This position allows for remote or on-site work from one of our offices in Riga or Barcelona.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end employee data integrity across all systems and ensure zero critical payroll/contract errors.
• Act as the central entry point for employee & manager requests, ensuring a high resolution rate without escalation.
• Build and maintain clear, documented HR processes, eliminating manual errors and inconsistencies.
• Own relationships with payroll providers, EOR (e.g. Deel), and benefits vendors, ensuring correct inputs and timely delivery.
• Track and report HR Ops accuracy, SLA performance, workload, and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 7+ years in HR, People Operations, HRBP, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Experience in tech, product, or fast-growing companies.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong business acumen and organizational thinking.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
