TL;DR
Project Manager (Web3): Strengthening execution discipline across a fast-moving product and infrastructure team with an accent on maintaining momentum and ensuring plans translate into actual execution. Focus on day-to-day project control, tracking progress in detail, surfacing risks early, and keeping teams aligned.
Location
Remote setup with access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London and Belgrade.

What you will do
- Maintain detailed tracking across all active projects, workstreams, and milestones.
- Capture decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, and dependencies from meetings.
- Monitor delivery plans and timelines, and proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes.
- Prepare and maintain weekly project reports with clear status, risks, and next steps.
- Support better coordination between product, engineering, and operations functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program coordination in a tech environment.
- Proven ability to manage several parallel projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with technical teams and confidently participate in technical syncs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar.
Nice to have
- Experience in product or engineering-led organizations.
- Experience preparing leadership-level status reports.
- Experience improving team processes, not just tracking existing ones.
