What you will do

• Coordinate and manage marketing participation in conferences, exhibitions, partner events, and webinars.
• Work directly with Event Lead on event planning, priorities, and execution.
• Coordinate branding, content, booth presence, and promotional materials.
• Communicate with vendors, agencies, and partners when needed.
• Upload, manage, and process event leads in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up with the Sales team.
• Track key event metrics and support post-event reporting.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Event Marketing or Event Coordination, preferably in an IT / Tech company.
• Experience supporting B2B events and conferences.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including uploading and managing leads.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluent English

• Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is highly preferred.
