Marketing Campaigns Manager for MSP360 Marketing Team

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our growing marketing team.

We use our 13 years of experience in the Backup sphere and advanced technologies to help customers to make sure their data is safe and secure. We deliver data protection, provide remote support and simplify IT management.

Now we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our growing marketing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, orchestrate, and analyze marketing campaigns across email, SM, content, paid, and other channels

- Own the email marketing channel — from strategy and segmentation to hands-on execution, including building and sending campaigns in HubSpot

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Fluent English

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Excellent project management skills.

It would be a plus if you also have:

- Basic Figma skills, so you don’t ask the design team to make very small tweaks when you need them

- Hands-on experience with ESP systems, preferably HubSpot

- Basic SEO knowledge

- Basic SQL knowledge
