Partner Sales Account Executive (Fintech): Identifying, evaluating, and nurturing client opportunities coming from partners by strategizing and qualifying the best leads with an accent on ensuring a seamless partner experience throughout the collaboration cycle. Focus on building and strengthening relationships with prospective partners, engaging with key stakeholders across various departments to align on mutual goals and opportunities.

Location: This role is based in Padua, Italy

Salary: €40,000 - €60,000

What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and nurture clients opportunities coming from Partners.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners.
  • Develop creative and impactful partnership strategies and account plans.
  • Frequent on-site visits to partners throughout the Northeast Italy region.
  • Engage with senior executives to establish high-level meetings and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure mutual success in partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • A proficient level of Italian is required & professional English.
  • At least 3-5 year of Sales Experience as an Account Executive.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
  • Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
  • Forecasting and pipeline management experience and critical communication skills required.
  • Detail oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team!
