What you will do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive events calendar ensuring strategic alignment.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, sales, and partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Support registration, communication, shipping, and onsite event operations.
• Drive post-event reporting, lead capture, and ROI analysis to measure success.
• Contribute to best practices and templates to enhance event quality and scalability.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in event or field marketing.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in the Rotterdam/Amsterdam area or able to commute to the office.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and event platforms (Cvent) is highly valued.
