Senior Marketing Manager (Esports)

Senior Marketing Manager (Esports): Overseeing marketing strategy and campaign execution across esports titles with an accent on fan growth and partner delivery. Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and available to work onsite at our Utrecht facility at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Define and oversee marketing strategies across hirify.global’s esports titles.
• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning through execution and completion.
• Work across content, partnerships, and commercial teams to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
• Define success metrics and evaluate campaign performance across platforms.
• Build campaigns that reflect the interests and behaviors of esports audiences.
• Contribute feedback and apply best practices to improve campaign planning, workflows, and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
• Experience managing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working across multiple functions (content, social, partnerships, etc.).
• Ability to use data to evaluate performance and guide direction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in esports, gaming, or digital content.
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 10%) for tournaments, events, and key activations.

Nice to have

• Experience in esports, gaming, or entertainment.
• Experience working on brand partnerships or sponsored campaigns.
• Experience managing team members.
