Tech Lead (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Tech Lead (Fullstack): Leading a team of senior engineers to deliver modern software solutions in the pensions and investment space with an accent on Python, TypeScript, C#, and React development. Location: Remote with occasional travel to Central London required

Salary: £650–£750 per day (Outside IR35)

What you will do

• Lead a team of four senior engineers within an Agile environment.
• Remain hands-on with development across Python, TypeScript, C#, and Azure.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove delivery blockers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior/Lead Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, C#, and React.
• Experience working within Azure cloud environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams in Agile frameworks.
• Ability to travel to Central London occasionally.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
