What you will do

• Power reliable payments and unlock smarter payment experiences.
• Improve Payments products by leveraging Open Banking Account Information Services (AIS).
• Enhance existing products while exploring new opportunities that can be a step-change in customer outcomes and user experience.
• Build simple, reliable, and performant systems.
• Work with Python, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, BigQuery, Prometheus, and Google Cloud.

Requirements

• You can build and maintain Python and/or Ruby on Rails applications in production.
• You can build modern frontend applications using JavaScript (ReactJS).
• Understanding of backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and designing/consuming REST APIs.
• Frontend foundations with JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+), CSS (e.g. grid, flexbox, custom properties), and modern browser patterns (e.g. event delegation).
• You adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
• You enjoy solving problems and take initiative to find better solutions.
