Fullstack Engineer (Gamification)

TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (Gamification): Supporting the delivery of Gamification, covering the development of the core gamification and reward engines, back office management UI and more with an accent on giving customers a Super Gaming Experience. Focus on building robust, scalable backend services and developing intuitive and performant user interfaces.

What you will do

• Design and develop core features of the Gamification Engine.
• Enhance and maintain Back Office interfaces.
• Monitor, tune, and improve system performance.
• Manage and evolve infrastructure.
• Contribute to CI/CD and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong base in at least one of the following coding languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python.
• Willingness to learn and implement other similar coding languages and AI Tools.
• Experience with Version Control Systems (e.g. Git).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets.
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
• Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies, specifically using modern gamification tools and designs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization, and modern DevOps tools.
