What you will do

  • Design brand-aligned materials for marketing, sales, and internal touchpoints.
  • Create and maintain high-impact sales collateral including pitch decks and case studies.
  • Produce visual assets for campaigns, social media, events, and digital content.
  • Develop lightweight motion and dynamic visuals to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Apply and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all outputs.
  • Collaborate with branding and growth teams to deliver effective visual communications.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in brand, visual, or marketing design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in presentations, marketing assets, and motion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with clear communication and feedback-driven collaboration skills.
  • Must be based in Portugal for remote work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in animation and motion graphics.
  • Background in tech-forward or startup environments.
